Financial KPIs
Four cards at the top show key numbers:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Receivables | Total balance due on all issued invoices and credit notes that are not yet fully paid or cancelled. Sub-label: "Invoices & credit notes" |
| Overdue | Total balance due on invoices and credit notes that are past their due date |
| Paid this month | Total payment amounts received in the current calendar month. Shows the current date |
| Invoices sent | Count of invoices finalized this month. Sub-label: "This month" |
Quotes and pro-formas are non-binding and do not appear in financial KPIs.
Multi-currency display
When documents exist in multiple currencies, each KPI shows per-currency amounts separated by a dot (for example, 1,240.00 EUR · 850.00 USD). Values in different currencies are never summed together.
Document pipeline
The pipeline section shows a per-type breakdown of all your documents:
- Invoice: total count with status breakdown (Draft, Sent, Paid, Partially paid, Overdue, Cancelled)
- Credit note: total count with statuses
- Quote: total count with statuses
- Proforma: total count with statuses
Status counts use colored dots matching the document status colors. Click a document type to go to its filtered list.
Revenue chart
A bar chart showing payments received per month for the last 6 months. The chart uses Chart.js and shows your primary currency's revenue.
