Seller and Purchase Channels

InvoiceScript is developed and maintained by NowSquare. Official licenses are sold through Gumroad or a direct written agreement with us. Your checkout store may add its own buyer terms, payment terms, tax handling, dispute process, and refund process.

If these terms conflict with mandatory checkout-store rules for the payment transaction, the checkout-store rules control that transaction. These terms continue to govern your use of the InvoiceScript software, updates, support, and license access.

License Scope

InvoiceScript is licensed, not sold. A valid license gives you access to the software package, full source code, updates, and support.

• One license covers one production installation for one business. InvoiceScript is single-tenant by design.
• You may run additional non-production installations (local development, staging) under the same license as long as they do not serve live business operations.
• You may modify the code for your licensed installation. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, or redistribute the source code as a competing product, template, package, or service.

Updates

Your license includes updates for the major version available at the time of purchase. Patch and minor updates within that major release line are included while that version is maintained.

• You must maintain a valid, non-refunded license to receive update access.
• Major version upgrades may be sold separately, offered as a paid upgrade, or provided for free at our discretion.

If we voluntarily keep older major versions updated, provide a free major upgrade, or extend update access beyond these terms, that does not waive our right to limit future update access to the licensed major version.

Support

Six months of technical support is included with your purchase unless the checkout page or a written agreement states otherwise. Contact [email protected] with your license key.

Refunds

InvoiceScript is a digital software product that delivers complete, unencrypted source code. We encourage you to review the live demo and documentation before purchasing: invoicescript.co/demo and invoicescript.co/docs.

Customer Responsibilities

InvoiceScript is self-hosted software. You are responsible for your hosting environment, installation, backups, security configuration, email provider, data protection compliance, local business rules, and any invoicing operations you run with the software unless you have a separate written managed-service agreement with us.

Warranty and Liability

InvoiceScript is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business scenario. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license that gave rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Significant changes will be announced through our changelog.
