How locale affects the app
- UI text: menu labels, button text, and system messages display in the selected language
- Date formatting: all date fields and PDF dates use the configured format
- Number formatting: amounts on screen and in PDFs use the configured separators
- Login page: a language selector in the bottom-right corner lets users switch the interface language before logging in
What locale does not affect
- Invoice content: line item descriptions, notes, and customer names are entered by you and are not translated
- Email template content: templates are stored as-is. InvoiceScript does not auto-translate email bodies
- PDF language: the PDF uses the application locale for labels (e.g. "Invoice", "Due date", "Total") but not for your content
